Gregory Taylor
Gregory Taylor currently leads the Office of Research, Evaluation and Advanced Analytics at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. In this position, Gregory manages external and internal research projects, develop and maintain the Department research agenda, and encourages and supports the use of evidence-based practices in Ohio schools. Prior to joining the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Gregory worked at Dayton Public Schools (OH), where he held roles including as a teacher and central office administration. Most recently Gregory was the Executive Director of Data and Technology at Dayton. While there, he oversaw district educational and information technology, data reporting, research and evaluation, state and district assessment programs, and district accountability. Gregory received his master’s in education policy and program evaluation from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Cincinnati.
