Equivalent Enrollment in Teacher Education and College Graduation Success

All potential teachers attempt basic skills tests at a rate of 11%, and attend TPPs, complete the TPP, and receive their degree at a combined rate of 67%. This policy has the largest reduction in the diversity gap for Hispanic students and teachers,  and a reduction in the gap for Black students and teachers. This also causes a negative gap for Asian students and teachers (from 2% to -2%).
