Combining simulations 1-4 (HS Graduation, College Going, Licensure Tests, Preparation Programs, Retention)

All of the changes described in the above simulations are applied together. This is the only simulation that comes close to closing some diversity gaps, with Black and Hispanic student & teacher gaps close to zero, while the gap for White students and teachers is 3%.
