Equivalent Pass Rates on Licensure Tests. 

All potential teachers pass basic skills licensure tests and subject tests at rates set to 97% and 75%, respectively. This slightly reduces the diversity gap for Black students and teachers from 11% to 8%, and reduces the gap for Hispanic students and teachers from 18% to 15%.
