Equivalent High School Diploma and College Going Rates.

The rates at which all potential teachers, including potential teachers of color, earn a high school diploma and enter college after completing high school are set to 88% and 70%, respectively. This change slightly reduces the diversity gap for Black and Hipanic student and teachers, but has little impact for other groups.
