100% Three Year Retention Among Teachers of Color

All teachers of color who enter the classroom persist in the workforce over three years (attrition of White teachers is kept at the rate of 13% over three years). This extreme assumption has little impact on diversity gaps for any group; for example, the diversity gap for Black students and teachers falls from 11% to 10%.
